Meaning and interpreted to the names that shall be registered, abbreviated and translated as mentioned below which shall be the recognition of this Organization shall be as follows;
REGISTERED NAME :
The name of registration by the Registrar of Soceity shall be;
A. The Foundation : It shall be that had been registered and approved by the Registrar of Society of Malaysia on the 31st January 2001 in Malaysia, registration number 148 as the YAYASAN SRI KRISHNA PULAU PINANG which shall be the permanent name as long as this organization is functioning and operational in all its correspondences and official affairs, meaning and defined as the following;
i. YAYASAN :
The identity to this organization as a foundation for the benefit of all human beings without the differential of race, creed or nation.
ii. SRI :
The abbreviation for “Self Realization Institution (SRI)” meaning to nurture the realization of self in acknowledgement of the true constitution of their Soul prior in performance of the charitable deeds.
iii. KRISHNA :
The abbreviation for “Kindred Rejuvenation International Supportive Humanitarian Necessitated Amalgamation (KRISHNA)” meaning that all human beings are relatively interconnected and to nurture that respective assets without the differential of race, creed or nation.
iv. PULAU PINANG :
The state in Malaysia which it was initiated and originated.
MENTIONED/REFERRED/ABBREVIATED NAME :
The following mentioned, referred ,abbreviated names in verbal or written shall carry the similarity ,directed and related to this organization which is; YSKPP, Yayasan Sri Krishna, YSK, Sri Krishna Pulau Pinang Foundation or The Sri Krishna Foundation. Its to avoid and ensure that no irresponsible parties shall misuse the names to deceive, cheat or manipulate for solicitation of funds, donations and carryout any sort of illegal activities that is against any International Law or any Humanitarian Charities activities organized by this organization without the prior written approval from this organization that shall have the approval and blessing of the Malaysian government where this organization shall carryout its Humanitarian Charitable Programs.
